You answer with your voice
No picking from four options: you form the sentence yourself and hear right away whether it worked.
Lexy asks questions out loud and you answer out loud. No multiple-choice tests, no conjugation tables: you speak from the first minute of the first lesson.
The first 2 lessons are free and need no bank card.
You can drill flashcards for a year and still go quiet at the check-in desk. Speech is trained by speaking, so Lexy has no exercise you can pass without saying a word.
No picking from four options: you form the sentence yourself and hear right away whether it worked.
After the lesson, Lexy shows what you got wrong and which construction is worth practising.
Tap any unfamiliar word in Lexy's line: get the translation, hear it pronounced, add it to your vocabulary.
37 languages, levels from "complete beginner" to fluent speech. Progress in each language is kept separately.
Once, before the lesson starts. That way the browser never interrupts you mid-conversation.
Tap the button once and answer. No need to hold it: Lexy hears when your sentence is over.
The stages run in order, but you can jump between them at any time.
The lesson's new words: meaning, pronunciation, an example in a live sentence.
A live dialogue with Lexy: you answer out loud and ask a question of your own back.
Drilling the phrases: repeat them, complete them, answer fast.
Listening practice: you hear a two-voice scene and speak for one of the characters.
A short story with a sentence-by-sentence translation and unfamiliar words explained.
Level A1 is a course you follow in order. From A2 up, the course gives way to a catalogue of live scenarios.
A 16-lesson course: greetings, talking about yourself, your first questions to a partner.
15 roleplay scenarios: a cafe, a taxi, a shop, meeting someone new.
Harder scenarios: a doctor's visit, renting a flat, disputing a bill, a phone call.
Job interviews, negotiations, discussing the news, at a natural conversational pace.
37 languages: 20 European ones, Turkish and Kazakh, Georgian, four languages written in the Arabic script (Arabic, Egyptian Arabic, Dari, Urdu), Hindi, Bengali and Tamil, Chinese, Japanese and Korean, Indonesian, Malay and Tagalog, plus Esperanto. Progress in each language is kept separately: switching between them never erases what you have done.
No card, no commitment. Take the first lesson now, and decide whether to continue afterward.
What happens after the free lessons: full pricing and terms.
Yes, it is required. A lesson runs on spoken conversation: Lexy asks a question out loud and listens to your answer, and there is no way to type an answer inside a lesson. That is why microphone access is requested before your first lesson, not in the middle of it.
The first two lessons are free and need no bank card, and lesson one is open even without signing up. After that it is €10 a month or €100 a year. It is a one-time payment: no auto-renewal, no repeat charges, nothing to cancel.
